Usually orders will be ready for collection from 4pm the following day; however, one of our friendly representatives will be in touch when the order is ready to be collected!

HARDWARE SHIPPING

This includes leg ropes, fins, wax, nose guards, wax combs, deck grips, ear protection, soft stretch surfboard covers and deck grips.

We are pleased to offer Australian Delivery across all states. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping.
For orders under $99, we charge a $10 flat-rate for delivery using Australia Post / Fastway Aramex Tracked Post Parcels.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days only) the same day. Packages should be received between 5-7 Business days for regional areas.
Sending interstate may be longer.

Same-day surfboard freight applies to all orders made before 2:oo pm, all orders after 2:00 pm will be included in the next business day hours.

OVERSIZE SHIPPING CHARGES

Oversize shipping rates apply to boards larger than 6’6, this is due to limitations of courier vehicles transporting oversize cargo. The prices below still include the standard shipping rate, however the oversize charge is additional to cover the excessive costs.

6’7 to 7’0             $89

Kanulocks will incur shipping fees due to their weight, which vary depending on location.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site.
If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service through online@cooperssurf.com.au immediately.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only given if the product has a manufacturing fault.
To arrange an exchange please contact our customer service team on  online@cooperssurf.com.au
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, we do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

*NOTE* – Due to our quality control on new boards, some boards with blemishes, finger prints, finger indentations, shop marks and/or UV light affected causing the board to yellow in colour are placed into our specials. ALL of these ‘specials boards’ are purely cosmetic – NONE of our specials have been ridden or have any structural issue. Please note – These boards are priced at the price they are because of the condition they are in. There is no returns or refunds on the surfboards that are on sale. EXCHANGES

We’re currently unable to process exchanges through our online store.
To arrange an exchange please contact our customer service team on  online@cooperssurf.com.au as soon as possible to avoid disappointment on sizing being unavailable.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A Credit will be issued for incorrect choice as long as the item is returned in condition bought.
Credits last for 12 months.
Once credit is received it is your responsibility to hold onto it. We will NOT hold onto a copy of each credit note issued.

All items returned must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty).  Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

SALE | CLEARANCE SURFBOARDS

All Sale and Clearance Surfboard stock may have blemished or small marks as this is aged stock, these small blemishes may be yellowing from UV light, small scuff marks, or tiny dings from display racks in the shops. Our QC inspects every board before being dispatched to ensure that each surfboard meets the standards of sale under the discounted terms.

Clearance Surfboards are final sale and non-returnable.

 

SURFBOARDS DAMAGED IN FREIGHT

To initiate a claim, the Customer must notify the Carrier or Sending Business with 24 hours of package arrival:

  1. In the event of Damage to Goods – Photographic evidence of packaging and damage must be provided by the receiving customer either to the sending customer or sending/receiving depot provided within 24 hours of the Goods being delivered. Supporting documentation must also be provided showing that the notification was given within 24 hours (e.g. a copy of an email or a message with a timestamp).
  2. If a damaged parcel is outside of the noted timeframe, we will work to resolve the issue most conveniently, this may result in professional repair services at an agreed value.
