We are pleased to offer local pick-up from our Jetty Store – 28 Orlando St, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450
Usually orders will be ready for collection from 4pm the following day; however, one of our friendly representatives will be in touch when the order is ready to be collected!
Please wait for us to contact you before arriving to collect in case your order is still being sourced, and is not ready for collection.


This includes leg ropes, fins, wax, nose guards, wax combs, deck grips, ear protection, soft stretch surfboard covers and deck grips.

We are pleased to offer Australian Delivery across all states. Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer international shipping.
For orders under $99, we charge a $10 flat-rate for delivery using Australia Post / Fastway Aramex Tracked Post Parcels.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days only) the same day. Packages should be received between 5-7 Business days for regional areas.
Sending interstate may be longer.

the shipping rates on board orders over $99 is:
NSW & QLD – Free
VIC – $30
SA – $50
WA, NT & TAS – $100

Kanulocks will incur shipping fees due to their weight, which vary depending on location.

For all surfboard orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days only) the same day. Packages should be received between 4-10 business days for regional areas.
Sending interstate may be longer.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.

Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.



The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.


We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site.
If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service through immediately.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.



Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only given if the product has a manufacturing fault.

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, we do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.


*NOTE* – Due to our quality control on new boards, some boards with blemishes, finger prints, finger indentations, shop marks and/or UV light affected causing the board to yellow in colour are placed into our specials. ALL of these ‘specials boards’ are purely cosmetic – NONE of our specials have been ridden or have any structural issue. Please note – These boards are priced at the price they are because of the condition they are in. There is no returns or refunds on the surfboards that are on sale. We’re currently unable to process exchanges through our online store.
To arrange an exchange please contact our customer service team on as soon as possible to avoid disappointment on sizing being unavailable.


Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. A Credit will be issued for incorrect choice as long as the item is returned in condition bought.
Credits last for 12 months.
Once credit is received it is your responsibility to hold onto it. We will NOT hold onto a copy of each credit note issued.

All items returned must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty).  Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
